Page types

Select page type

When you create a new page, you can choose between two page types:

  • Content page: a regular content page with a left navigation and content field.
  • Content page in full width: a content page where the content field fills the entire width of the web page and has no left navigation.
Create sub page

When is which page type used?

  • Content Page is the most common type of page when creating a sub-page on a standard left-navigation website.
  • Content page in full width should you only use on so-called 'one-pagers', i.e., pages which consist of only one page and therefore have no left navigation.

To ensure good and logical navigation on your website, it is important that you use the same page type throughout the website, i.e., that you do not use both content pages (with left navigation) and full-width content pages (without left navigation) on the same site.
